Why it matters

Empty rooms feel small. Staged rooms feel like home.

Before and after

See the difference.

Bathroom

Same home, same floors and finishes. The difference is staging and professional photography. In your walkthrough we recommend only the prep that pays off for your home.

Why in-house

  • 01Our inventory.Real furniture and décor we own, chosen for your home.
  • 02Our timeline.Staging booked around your photo and launch dates.
  • 03One team.Stagers, photographers and your agent working from one plan.
  • 04Less hassle. No separate contracts or furniture rentals to manage.

Real vs virtual

Photos get the showing. Rooms sell the home.

Virtual staging only changes the photos. Real staging carries through to every showing and open house.

What we do

Real staging

  • Looks great online and in person
  • Buyers walk into the rooms they saw
  • Shows scale, flow and how to use each space
  • Supports photos, video and open houses

The alternative

Virtual staging

  • Changes the photos only
  • Buyers still tour empty rooms
  • Can feel like a gap between online and in person
  • Should be clearly labelled in the listing

How it works

Three steps to launch.

  • Step01

    Walkthrough and plan

We walk through your home with you, recommend what to stage, and flag any prep that is worth doing before photos.

  • Step02

    Staging day

Our team brings in furniture and décor from our own inventory and styles each room, working with what you have where it makes sense.

  • Step03

    Media and launch

Our in-house media team captures photos, video, drone and 3D tour, and your home goes live looking its best.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Is staging included when I list with you?

It depends on your home and your listing plan. We confirm the staging scope and any cost upfront, in writing, before anything is booked.

Do I have to move my furniture out?

Not always. Many homes are partially staged, working with the pieces you already have. Vacant homes can be fully furnished.

Can you stage a home that is still lived in?

Yes. We style around your daily life and recommend what to store, so the home shows well and still works for you.

When does staging happen?

We schedule it just before your photos and launch, so your home is ready when buyers first see it.
